👟 Race Categories:

🧔 Adults (13+):

• 5KM Race with 13+ obstacles
• 5KM Team of 4 (At least one of each gender) – run together with Wounded Warrior
• Formats: Elite, Age Group, Open, or Team

Participants aged 13–17 must have parental consent and adult accompaniment.

🧒 Kids (Ages 5–12):

• 1.6KM Race with 8+ obstacles
• Kids under 6 must run with an adult (one adult per child)
