Negroni lovers have a week to explore five distinctive takes on one of Italy’s most celebrated cocktails as Isabel Mayfair Abu Dhabi marks Negroni Week from 21st to 27th September.
Set in the lively atmosphere of The Galleria Al Maryah Island, the special menu showcases Isabel’s creative approach to the classic Negroni, combining familiar spirits with unexpected flavours and ingredients.
🍊 The Classic Negroni keeps things timeless with Tanqueray Export, Mancino Rosso and Campari, priced at AED 65.
🌿 The Isabel Negroni, at AED 75, takes a more herbaceous direction with Bandida Mezcal, Italicus and Suze.
🍄 For something different, the Mushroom Negroni blends El Dorado 12 rum, Mancino Rosso, porcini mushroom-infused Campari and Frangelico. This earthy creation is priced at AED 70.
🍵 The Tea Time Negroni, priced at AED 65, combines Genmaicha tea-infused Bombay Sapphire, Hojicha tea-infused Campari, Mancino Rosso and Muyu Chinotto Nero for a layered, aromatic serve.
🍑 Completing the collection is the Peach Negroni, also AED 65, featuring Bulleit bourbon, Mancino Sakura, Mancino Rosso, Campari, homemade peach liqueur and a touch of saline solution.
