Al Shira’aa International Horse Show

Abu Dhabi prepares to welcome elite equestrian sport as the 9th Edition of the Al Shira’aa International Horse Show returns from 20–25 January 2026, marking an exciting new era with its relocation to the prestigious Al Forsan International Sports Resort. Held under the Honorary Presidency of HH Sheikha Fatima Bint Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, this iconic event continues to raise the bar for international show jumping in the region. 🇦🇪🌍

Now firmly recognised as one of the Middle East’s leading equestrian events, the six-day spectacle will host over 350 horses and 150 top-ranked riders from Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. With a combined prize fund exceeding €700,000, the competition features an impressive line-up including CSI4-W*, CSI2*, Young Horses, Under 25, Juniors, Children, and Amateur classes — offering a complete pathway from emerging talent to elite sport. 🏆🐴

Spectators can look forward to thrilling highlights such as the Al Futtaim Ride & Drive, the high-energy Al Shira’aa Hickstead Speed Derby under the lights, and the ultimate finale — the Al Shira’aa Longines CSI4-W* FEI World Cup™ Grand Prix on Sunday, 25 January at 18:30. ⏱️🔥
