Zayed Charity Run

The city is gearing up for one of the UAE’s most inspiring community events as the flagship Zayed Charity Run returns 🌟. Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the 14th edition of the renowned run will bring together thousands for a morning of unity, wellbeing, purpose and generosity 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️💛.

Since its establishment in 2001, the Zayed Charity Run has grown into a global movement inspired by the values of the UAE’s Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan—compassion, giving, and community spirit. Every year, families, students, athletes, and corporate teams gather to run for a meaningful cause, creating an atmosphere filled with hope and collective impact 🌍✨.

This year’s edition supports three pioneering medical research programmes at the Abu Dhabi Stem Cells Center (ADSCC), advancing personalised cancer therapies, precision medicine, and innovative perinatal treatments. With strong support from partners such as ADQ, Emirates, Al Habtoor, e&, NORINCO, and Emirates Red Crescent, the event continues to strengthen its legacy of health, innovation and community upliftment.

Up to 15,000 participants are expected to take on the scenic 3km, 5km, and 10km routes set between Wahat Al Karama and ERTH Hotel Abu Dhabi 🏅. After crossing the finish line, runners can enjoy a vibrant community village at ERTH featuring live entertainment, family activities, food kiosks, and more 🎉.

With a total prize pool of AED 1.5 million, participants will have even more to look forward to. Registration is open to all, priced at AED 55 (+VAT) for individuals and AED 40 (+VAT) for groups of 100 or more. Run packs can be collected from 24–28 November at ERTH Hotel.
