Celebrate Greek Easter the Ilios Way

Ilios invites guests to celebrate Greek Easter with a joyful, flavour-packed brunch by the pool, bringing together Mediterranean warmth, lively vibes and sun-soaked moments. This special event takes place on Saturday, 12 April, offering a four-hour experience filled with festive food, music and relaxation. 🎉🌿

From 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, guests can indulge in a generous spread inspired by traditional Greek cuisine, elevated with Ilios’ contemporary touch. Expect colourful meze, seasonal salads, comforting mains and Easter-themed surprises. 🥗🍞🥘

Highlights include beetroot hummus, tzatziki, Florinis peppers with caper berries, aromatic kolokithokeftedes, and tyropita drizzled with Greek honey. A hearty slow-cooked lamb leg with oven-baked potatoes anchors the menu, while classic red-dyed Easter eggs add festive tradition. 🍯🍇🥚
Desserts feature amygdalopita, chocolate Easter eggs with bonbon fillings and the beloved tsoureki cake. 🍰🍫

Packages start at AED 222 (soft beverages) and AED 278 (house package). Young guests aged 12–18 enjoy the brunch for AED 148, and children under 12 dine free. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦✨
