Abu Dhabi has never had a proper bungee jump. As of 1 November it does. Bungee at Yas Bay launches you from a 50-metre platform above Yas Bay Waterfront, with Etihad Arena on one side and the water on the other. It is a seasonal attraction, so if it is on your list, this is the window.
How much is Bungee at Yas Bay?
A Solo Leap at Bungee at Yas Bay costs AED 299 on weekdays and AED 350 at weekends. Double Leap for two is AED 540 or AED 630, and Squad Leap for four is AED 1,020 or AED 1,190. Yas Annual Pass holders get 20% off standard Solo Leap tickets, and every person jumps individually.

When does it run?
This is not a year-round attraction. It runs in two seasons that dodge the heat:
- Season one: 1 November to 3 December 2026
- Season two: 10 January to 28 February 2027
- Sessions: every 15 minutes, first jump at 1pm and last jump at 9pm

You cannot jump with high blood pressure, epilepsy, a heart condition, a neurological disorder, any critical medical condition or if you are pregnant. Anyone under the influence of alcohol is turned away, so save the waterfront drinks for after.
What to wear
- Closed-toe trainers. Boots and sandals are not allowed.
- Fitted clothes with shorts or trousers. Anything loose or floaty is a no.
- Empty pockets. Phones and cameras cannot go up with you, so there is no filming your own jump.
Where it is and how to get there

It is a 20 to 30 minute drive from central Abu Dhabi via the E12 and around 1 hour 15 minutes from Dubai. Yas Bay Waterfront parking gives up to three hours free when you validate it at one of the waterfront restaurants. The booking page notes that the drop-off point for taxis and ride-hailing apps is changing from 1 November, so follow the on-site signage when you arrive.
