Winter Wonderland at Snow Abu Dhabi 2026

Meet Santa in real snow at Reem Mall from 4-25 December 2026, with Winter Wonderland packages from AED 99 and Breakfast with Santa at The Lodge.

Every mall in the capital can wheel out a tree and sit Santa in a velvet chair. Only one can put him in actual snow. Winter Wonderland at Snow Abu Dhabi returns to Reem Mall from 4-25 December 2026, more than a week longer than last year’s run, and the packages now start from AED 99.

Here is what is on, what each ticket actually gets you and the small print worth knowing before you zip the kids into snow suits.

What’s new at Winter Wonderland this year

Santa is still the headline act, but there is more to fill the time around your slot this season:

  • Toy Workshop: run with The Entertainer, where little ones explore a selection of toys and earn an official ‘Santa Helper’ certificate. Expect this to be the bit they talk about in the car.
  • Build your own snowman: real snow, real carrots optional.
  • Interactive snow games: a good way to burn off the hot chocolate.
  • AR filter: for the festive photos you will inevitably post.
  • Spin & Win wheel: a chance at special prizes when you spend AED 500 or more.

Snow Abu Dhabi Winter Wonderland packages and prices

Three packages this year, and the main question is simple: do you want Santa only, or Santa plus a few hours of sledging?

Meet Santa – from AED 99

The classic. You get access to the Winter Wonderland area, a meet-and-greet with Santa and his elves, hot chocolate, a goodie bag from the North Pole, a printed photo with Santa and fleece gloves. Locker rental and the full winter outfit (jacket, trousers, socks, shoes, jumpsuit and helmet) are included too, so nobody needs to dig out the ski gear from storage.

This pass does not include the Snow Park rides, so think of it as a festive visit rather than a full snow day.

Meet Santa & Snow Park – from AED 199

Everything in the Meet Santa pass, plus one-time entry to the Snow Park with unlimited goes on all nine rides and attractions, from the Polar Express Train and Crystal Carousel to Ice and Floe’s Toboggan Race. If you are making the drive to Reem Island anyway, this is the one we would book. Seeing Santa takes minutes; the toboggan run takes the rest of the afternoon.

Breakfast with Santa – AED 89 or AED 139

Served at The Lodge daily at 9am from 4-25 December, before the snow park opens to the public. You get breakfast, a visit from Santa and his elves, plus one goodie bag and one printed photo per table. Winter clothing is not needed and seating is first come, first served, so aim to arrive by 8:45am.

Every guest needs a ticket, babies included. AED 89 covers children aged 2 and below, and AED 139 covers everyone aged 3 and up.

💡 WOW Expert Tip: Children under two are not allowed into the snow at all, so the Meet Santa passes are off the table for babies. Breakfast with Santa at The Lodge is the only Winter Wonderland package where the youngest member of the family can be in the photo.

Know before you go

  • Arrive 40 minutes before your Meet Santa slot. Getting a family into snow gear takes longer than you think.
  • Do not be late. If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your slot, the booking is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Book your outfit online straight after you buy your ticket, so you are not choosing jacket sizes at the counter.
  • Collect your Santa photo from the DigiPhoto counter on the way out.
  • Under-2s cannot enter Snow Abu Dhabi for the Meet Santa packages.

💡 WOW Expert Tip: Bring your own thick socks and a spare pair of gloves for small hands. The included fleece gloves are fine for Santa, but after twenty minutes of snowman building they will be soaked, and nobody enjoys the toboggan with wet fingers.
