How to Get Your Free Snow Abu Dhabi Birthday Pass
There is a little planning involved, so do not wait until the candles are already on the cake.
To qualify for the free birthday ticket, guests must:
- Create a Snow Abu Dhabi online account at least one month before their birthday
- Enter their correct date of birth
- Opt in to receive marketing communications

Eligible guests will receive an official Birthday Ticket by email seven days before their birthday. Consider it your invitation to swap the UAE sunshine for snow boots and frosty fun.
When Can You Use the Birthday Ticket?
Your celebration does not have to happen on the exact day. Because sometimes birthdays fall on Mondays, and Mondays have already caused enough trouble.
The complimentary ticket can be redeemed:
- On your birthday
- Up to seven days before your birthday
- Up to seven days after your birthday
That gives you a 15-day window to gather your favourite people and plan your snowy celebration.
Guests must show the official Birthday Ticket email and a valid government-issued ID when redeeming the pass. Make sure the date of birth on your account is accurate because snow may be magical, but the verification process is very real.

Not celebrating a birthday anytime soon? You can still escape the heat without inventing a new date of birth.
From 23 July to 30 August 2026, Snow Abu Dhabi is offering two limited-time summer packages. Both are designed for anyone who believes summer is far more enjoyable at sub-zero temperatures.
Summer Pass – AED 99
The Summer Pass includes one-time entry to the Snow Park, with unlimited access to its signature rides and attractions.

The package includes:
- Unlimited access to all nine signature rides and attractions
- A meal at The Lodge Restaurant
- One hot chocolate
- Waterproof gloves
- Locker rental
You can explore the Enchanted Forest, race down the rides and warm up with hot chocolate afterwards. It is basically a mini winter holiday without the airport queues or overpacked suitcase.
