🏛️✨ Ever wondered what it’s actually like behind the scenes at a museum?
This International Museum Day, Qasr Al Hosn is giving young participants the chance to step into the world of culture, heritage, and museum life through a fun and interactive hands-on experience on 17-18 May 2026. 🎟️📸
Designed for children aged 10 and above, this unique programme lets participants take on real museum-inspired roles including tour guide, ticketing staff, visitor support, photographer, gift shop helper, and even security assistant. 👀✨
Inspired by Qasr Al Hosn’s historic role as the heart of Abu Dhabi’s community life, the experience brings history into a modern setting – showing how museums today are much more than just beautiful buildings and quiet hallways.
Expect learning, teamwork, creativity, behind-the-scenes discoveries, and plenty of “wait… museums are actually really cool” moments. 😄
