SEHA Family Run at Abu Dhabi Summer Sports

Families and community members are invited to come together for an evening of movement, wellbeing and shared participation at the SEHA Family Run, taking place as part of Abu Dhabi Summer Sports 2026 (ADSS26). 🌟

Hosted by SEHA in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, the event celebrates the Year of the Family while encouraging families to embrace healthier lifestyles and make physical activity part of everyday life. 💚🏃

Taking place at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), the SEHA Family Run welcomes participants across different ages and fitness levels. With multiple race categories, everyone can find a challenge suited to their age and ability. 🏅

The event features:

🏃 1KM Youth Run – Ages 4 to 17
👨‍👩‍👧 1KM Family Run – Ages 4 and above
🏃‍♂️ 3KM Run – Ages 9 and above
🏅 5KM Run – Ages 9 and above

More than just a running event, the initiative aims to create an engaging community environment where families can stay active, spend meaningful time together and build healthier habits. 💪❤️

By encouraging accessible, family-friendly physical activity, SEHA continues to highlight the importance of preventive health, long-term wellbeing and stronger community connections.
